Returns Policy

We aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable return process.

You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your product to decide whether you wish to keep it. If you choose to return the product, you must notify us within these 14 days. You can do this by sending an email to info@belamifashion.com or via our online returns portal.

Once your return has been registered, you have an additional 16 calendar days to send the product back to our return address — giving you a total of 30 days from receipt to complete the return.
This ensures that customers have adequate time to consider their purchase and complete the return process.

Return Conditions

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be sent to our business address (to be added later).

  • Items must be returned in resellable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned product(s), provided the items meet all return conditions.

We do not charge a return handling fee. All return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Process

  1. Register your return via our online returns portal: Click Here

  2. Enter your order number and postal code.

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

  4. Follow the instructions to ship your package back to us.

Refund & Exchange Options

Once your return has been received and approved, you may choose:

  • Full refund to the original payment method

  • Exchange for a different product or size (optional)

Store credit is available upon request.

Return processing may take up to 14 days once your package has reached our warehouse. Email updates will be sent throughout the process.

Exchanges

We do not offer a separate exchange process.
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the regular return procedure.

You may then:

  • Place a new order for the desired item, or

  • Request an exchange after contacting us — only if the exchange is for the same product in a different size or colour and the item is currently in stock.

Our customer service team will confirm availability and assist you with the next steps.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@belamifashion.com with clear photos.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
