Terms of service

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or professional activity.
  • Day: calendar day.
  • Digital Content: data produced and supplied in digital form.
  • Distance Contract: an agreement concluded between Belami and the Consumer within the framework of an organised distance sales system, using one or more means of distance communication exclusively or partly up to the conclusion of the agreement.
  • Return Period: the period within which the Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
  • Right of Withdrawal: the Consumer’s option to withdraw from the distance contract within the legal 14-day period.
  • Belami: the company operating under the name “Belami”, details listed in Article 2.

3. Applicability

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Belami and to every Distance Contract concluded between Belami and the Consumer.
  2. Before the Distance Contract is concluded, the text of these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the Consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the Consumer will be informed where the Terms & Conditions can be accessed electronically and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
  3. If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions, those conditions also apply. In case of conflicting clauses, the Consumer may rely on the provision most favourable to them.

4. The Offer

  1. If an offer has a limited validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
  2. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
  3. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Belami.
  4. Each offer contains information that makes it clear to the Consumer what rights and obligations are attached to accepting the offer.

5. The Agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded at the moment the Consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated requirements.
  2. Belami confirms the receipt of the order via email. If the Consumer does not receive confirmation, they are requested to contact customer service.
  3. The Consumer is responsible for providing correct order and contact details. Belami cannot be held liable for errors resulting from incorrect information.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  1. The Consumer has the legal right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.
  2. The period begins the day after the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer, receives the product.
  3. The Consumer must handle the product carefully during the 14-day period and may only inspect it as they would in a physical store.
  4. To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the Consumer must register the return via Belami’s online return portal at:

  5. Belami will confirm the withdrawal request via email.

7. Costs in Case of Withdrawal

  1. If the Consumer exercises the Right of Withdrawal, the cost of return shipping is entirely the Consumer’s responsibility, in accordance with Belami’s Shipping & Returns Policy.
  2. Belami does not charge restocking fees or return handling fees.
  3. The Consumer is responsible for ensuring that the return is properly packaged and shipped to:

8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Belami may exclude products from withdrawal if:

  • they have been worn, washed, damaged, or are no longer in resellable condition;
  • original tags or packaging are missing;
  • they involve hygiene-sensitive items that were unsealed after delivery.

9. The Price

  1. Prices shown in the webshop include VAT.
  2. Shipping costs may apply as specified in the Shipping Policy:
    • Free shipping on orders over €100
    • €6.95 flat-rate shipping for NL & BE on orders below €100
  3. Belami ships only within the Netherlands and Belgium at this time.

10. Conformity and Warranty

  1. Belami guarantees that products comply with the agreement, the stated specifications, and reasonable expectations of quality and usability.
  2. If a product is delivered damaged or defective, the Consumer must contact customer service at To be completed and provide clear photos of the issue.
  3. Belami will repair, replace, or refund the defective product in accordance with consumer law.

11. Delivery and Performance

  1. Orders placed before 23:59 are shipped the next business day.
  2. The Consumer receives:
    • an order confirmation after placing the order
    • a Track & Trace link upon dispatch
  3. If confirmation emails are not received, the Consumer must contact customer service.
  4. Belami uses PostNL and DHL as shipping partners.
  5. Delivery is possible only within the Netherlands and Belgium.
  6. If delivery is delayed or a product becomes unavailable, Belami will inform the Consumer as soon as possible and offer options in accordance with consumer law.
  7. The risk of damage or loss transfers to the Consumer only after receipt.

12. Duration Transactions

Belami does not offer subscription-based or continuous delivery services. This article is therefore not applicable unless Belami introduces such services in the future.

13. Payment

  1. The Consumer must pay using the available payment methods shown at checkout.
  2. The Consumer must provide truthful payment information.
  3. In case of suspected fraud, Belami reserves the right to cancel or investigate an order.

14. Complaints Procedure

  3. If the complaint cannot be resolved through mutual agreement, the Consumer may escalate the dispute (see Article 15).

15. Disputes

  1. Contracts between Belami and the Consumer are governed by Dutch law.
  2. In the event of unresolved disputes, the Consumer may seek resolution through national consumer dispute platforms or legal channels permitted under Dutch and EU law.

16. Additional or Deviating Provisions

Any additional terms must not disadvantage the Consumer and will be clearly communicated before the agreement is concluded.
